LARGE ITEM DELIVERY COST - UK MAINLAND
A bulk item delivery cost will apply for all products that are considered to be over-sized and cannot be transported through a standard courier network.
If a product is considered to be a 'bulk' item, this is highlighted on the product description, along with the delivery cost that will apply. Bulk item delivery fees of up to £75 depending on the item size & weight.
Many competitors hide their shipping costs in the product cost but we believe in offering the best price possible on each product so customers who collect from our Warehouse, or have combined orders benefit more!
Please note, shipping prices exclude areas within the UK such as Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, The Scottish Highlands & International delivery. If you require delivery to one of these locations, please contact us prior to ordering your goods to obtain a shipping quotation. If you place an order on our website to one of these postcode areas, we will not ship your order. We will contact you to advise of the additional delivery charges and to confirm if you wish to proceed with the order.

We offer a FREE click & collect service from our Birmingham based warehouse, You can collect from the following address between 9.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. We are not open at weekends.

Dispatch & Delivery Lead-time
We dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 working days using a next day delivery courier service. At peak trading, delivery lead-times may increase to 3-5 working days. If your order is urgent, please add a note at checkout, or contact us prior to ordering to ensure we can express your order for dispatch.
Track Your Order
Please ensure you provide a full email address and mobile telephone number to receive tracking updates from our courier partners. All our courier partners operate a 'signed' for, trackable service.
Our main courier partners are DPD and DHL, however for large or heavy consignments we use several different courier partners including TNT, Fedex, etc.
DPD Pick Up Points
DPD offers you the option to request your order is delivered to one of your local pick up points, this feature will allow you to collect your order during a convenient time that suits you. The local pick up points will hold your order for a maximum of 48 hours, if your order hasn't been collected within this time frame your order will be returned to our warehouse and additional redelivery charges will apply. Please note, if your order is of unusual size (such as a barbell) please do not select this option as items like this are far too big to fit inside the storage unit - consequently, your order will then be returned to our warehouse and redelivery charges will apply.
International customers are responsible for paying additional import VAT and customs duty locally/at border.
Please ensure an up to date email address and mobile telephone number are provided with your order to enable customs to contact your for payment. Failure to provide this information may result in your order being returned to us and additional costs will be liable for for re-delivery.
Iron Fit Gear is NOT responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the failure of import vat & duty to be paid by our international customers.
Depending on the weight and size of your order, we may deliver using a pallet service. If your order is to be delivered in this way, we will contact your prior to delivery to advise you of the pallet service and time of delivery.
Our courier partners can only deliver to curbside for pallet deliveries, therefore customers are responsible for transporting items from curbside to their property.
All orders use a trackable service, therefore you will receive an email and/or mobile text to notify you of your delivery date. If you miss your delivery please contact the courier to re-arrange delivery. A second delivery attempt will be made, or you can chose to collect (none bulky items) from a DPD collection point. If you fail to take delivery during the second attempt your order will be returned to us for re-delivery. Our customers will be liable for any re-delivery charges incurred due to missing the original delivery. Iron Fit Gear will not be held liable for these charges. Should you wish to cancel the order following a failed delivery, we will provide a full refund minus the original delivery charge.
Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 28-day money back guarantee on all unused Iron Fit Gear products.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, simply send us an email (email@example.com) within 28 days of ordering . As long as your items are unused, unbuilt and in the original packaging you can return them for a full refund of the price paid. We cannot accept any goods for return that are not in their original packaging. Please ensure goods are returned with plenty of protection to prevent damage during transit,
We do not cover the cost of returning an unwanted item , we recommend you use a reputable courier with a tracked service for returning any unwanted goods.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take time to ensure all our products are well packaged for delivery and therefore we have an extremely low rate of orders that arrive damaged, sometimes due to courier mishandling.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please send images showing the problem to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your name, delivery address and order number.
On receipt of this information we will arrange for a collection of the damaged goods. Once the goods are receiveed in our warehouse we will send replacement goods, or if stock is unavailable we will issue a full refund.
You have 28 days for a refund or an exchange.
Our weights are often sent in seperate parcels. For example a set of 30kg Hex Weights will be sent in two seperate boxes.
If you are missing one or two of your parcels, please be patient whilst you await the delivery. It is highley likely that your outstanding parcel(s) are on another delivery vehicle and will be delivered within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your initial delivery. To check the number of parcels dispatched, simply check your tracking information or check the label on one of your parcels which will confirm the number of consignments that have been booked in for delivery e.g. (1/3). If after 3 days of your first delivery you are still missing your additional boxes, please contact us so we can investigate your missing parcel(s) with our courier partners.
If your order has been dispatched and you haven't received it within 3-5 working days please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to locate your parcel, DPD/DHL will arrange a parcel search in the delivery depot where your order was last scanned - this process can take between 3-5 days. If the courier is unable to locate your order, we will raise a claim with the courier and arrange for a replacement order to be dispatched.
Please note, a replacement order will only be dispatched when DPD/DHL have completed their investigation.
